Eric Russell is passionate about the outdoors, live music, and technology. He moved to Austin, TX after completing  his B.S. in Management Information Systems at the University of Texas Arlington. Professionally trained as a software developer, he discovered a passion for developing websites with a focus on solving the unique challenges associated with employee portals. Today, his passion is helping people “connect the dots” between their employee engagement initiatives and the effective use of technology to support those initiatives. As Director of Employee Engagement Solutions, Eric helps people improve corporate communications, employment engagement, and social collaboration through the effective use of Catapult's solution as a service, Fuse.
