Jeff Brown is the Manager of Unified Communications practice at Catapult. With over 29 years of experience in telephony, communications and technology, Jeff has held a variety of roles ranging from from Individual Contributor all the way up to Vice President in the telephony and technology space. Jeff has worked at global technology companies, SMB companies and start-ups, giving him a deep understanding of the telephony needs at companies of all sizes. 

Joe Williams is a Senior Lead Consultant at Catapult. With over a decade and a half of information technology experience, Joe's passion for technology and communication, specifically unified communications, is strong. Through his previous work with Cisco IOS, Asterisk, Session Border Controllers, Lync/Skype for Business and Teams, he has acquired a strong working knowledge of the design and delivery of solid unified communications platforms to customers.
